Fabrication Activity

We accept industrial type pedestal switchboards with our associate fabricators, we use sheet folded construction panels. Welding is also minimized by using fasteners (bolts and nuts). This is also unitized with constructions CNC Cutting & CNC bending machine. Further, the boards are fabricated from CRCA sheet having following thickness.

Wall Mounted, floor mounting, freestanding compartmentalized, modular type extensible on front operated and double front operated.

Good quality gasket is to be used on all four sides of the door to avoid atom effect & restrict dust & vermin.

Powder Coating Activity

We carry Seven Tank Phosphate Pre-Treatment processing with powder coating.

Stages carried in this process:

• Alkaline Degreasing.
• Rust Removal.
• Phosphating.
• Water treatment.
• Passivation.

We follow this process with coating in the standard size booth available for the same.

Eventually the newly powdered parts are treated in the industrial standard size oven to form a hard coating.
